"Dear Low Cost Fireplaces

We ordered our new gas fire and surround from Low Cost Fireplaces, we were given our delivery date promptly. The delivery came on the date promised, the driver brought all the relevant parts into the house, unpacked them and inspected them for any damage, to which there was none. He took away all packaging once we were happy. We were not expecting the granite to be so substantial as it was for the cost. Once the fire and surround were installed we were over the moon it really does look brilliant and is the focal point of our lounge. Thank you Low Cost Fireplaces we have already recommended you to our family and friends.

Really happy with our purchase we took the time to find a white marble fireplace with grey detail and this ticked all the boxes with an added bonus of having the odd sparkle come from the grey marble detail when it catches the light right.

Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery and was sent packaged very well. We are so happy and would recommend low-cost fireplaces to our family and friends.
