We are proud to offer a free of charge 'white gloves' delivery service.
Once you place your order on our website we will then make contact to advise you of a specific delivery date so that you can plan ahead. Your fireplace is delivered by a specialised fireplace courier who have many years experience delivering fireplaces direct into customer's homes with a smile. The fireplace will be delivered to a room of your choice where you can check the fireplace over to ensure it is in perfect condition before the delivery team leave.
Approximate delivery timescale for this product is 10 working days.
We deliver to most of UK mainland but not the following post code areas: IV, KW and TR

The fireplace arrives mostly assembled and requires only minimal assembly.
Please note that any fireplace colour you see on our website should be treated as a guide only.
Your electric inset fire will arrive with two black frames screwed to the back of it. If the entire fireplace is to go against a flat wall then you will simply unscrew one of the frames (1 minute job) and leave the other frame attached, doing this will allow your fireplace to go against a completely flat wall. If you have a suitably sized hole in your wall (such as a chimney opening) then you will have the option to remove both black frames (as can see in the main product image). Each of the frames are approximately 2" deep.
