The delivery vehicle is normally a large truck so if there is any potential access problems getting to your address then please advise the courier when they call you as failed deliveries due to access problems not mentioned can incur a re-delivery charge. Failed delivery due to nobody being home can also incur a re-delivery charge so please ensure someone is at home on the agreed delivery day please. Many delivery drivers will help take the product into your home but the delivery is technically kerbside and the driver does not have to do this, so please note that you might require some extra help to get the product into your property.
